This 5,700 sq. ft.. project was a complete overhaul and expansion of an existing Specialty’s Bakery & Cafe on an accelerated schedule, which more than doubled the size of the restaurant to become the Seattle flagship location. The scope included a full kitchen with 5 new hoods, a walk-in cooler and freezer and a separate test kitchen that will provide new and exciting recipes for the national Specialty’s menu. Finishes include custom lighting, floating wood ceilings, wood and tile flooring and blackened steel components throughout.
