Saluhall offers a fresh approach to food halls, bringing together five Bay Area restaurateurs alongside a variety of unique culinary experiences. The space includes a burger bar, bakery, multiple bars, a soft-serve shack, and The Cookery Skola, a cooking school that hosts public and private classes. Visitors can enjoy hands-on culinary experiences, from Nordic baking to multi-course dinners, creating an immersive food destination that reflects the region's agricultural roots and diverse food culture.Designed by Stiff + Trevillion, Saluhall’s Scandinavian-inspired architecture features custom millwork, colorful gantry details, an interconnecting staircase, and exposed ceilings, creating a bright, open ambiance across both floors. Certified for LEED and WELL standards, the venue promotes sustainability and community, serving as a hub for local food entrepreneurs and a versatile space for gatherings ranging from corporate events to private celebrations.
