This multi-floor, 150,000 sq. ft. project for one of the largest banking firms in the country included demolition and abatement to the existing space, allowing for a more efficient use of the square footage. Skyline built open and private offices, DIRTT demountable storefronts, and video conference and presentation rooms. The project also included a full building drain down, installing new HVAC heat pumps, and sound masking. Skyline was also able to provide cost and schedule savings with alternate materials due to extended lead times.
