The 80,000 sq. ft. San Francisco headquarters of the genetic testing company included the demolition and build-out of the 2-floor historic building. Updates include open and private offices, collaboration spaces, large laboratory space, open kitchen and break area, IDF room and all new MEP systems. Unique features include roll-up garage doors, exposed hardwood beams and columns, and a large flex-use/training space.

Laboratory Space
The majority of one floor was devoted to the genetic testing laboratories. Extra cooling and electrical was added to keep up with the equipment's demands and company growth.
Historic Building
The design team took care to honor the historic building by incorporating the exposed hardwood beams and columns into their design
Flex-use / Training space
AV integration and sound mitigating panels keep this space flexible so it can be used for many different occasions from training to company events.
