DETAILS
Prevost partnered with Ferguson Pape Baldwin Architects to build out 9,400 sq. ft. of research and development space in addition to 14,150 sq. ft. of creative office space. The project required a full RODI system install, along with compressed air and vacuum pump infrastructure. The creative office space boasted an open ceiling concept along with floating cloud ceilings to absorb sound while maintaining a well-ventilated, brightly lit space.
