Project

DETAILS

This 23,061 sq. ft. Alternative Care Setting (ACS) facility will provide much-needed services to local seniors in the Tri-Valley area. Skyline provided infrastructure upgrades to the existing cold shell building, fully-engineered MEP systems, and renovations to bring the space up to OSHPOD 3 licensing requirements. The project also features several social activity rooms, a large open day center with a built-in fireplace and moveable walls, a commercial kitchen/cafeteria, and medical exam rooms. Other elements such as a mock-up apartment and rehab gym provide seniors with space for occupational, behavioral, and physical therapy services.
