CAST

Skyline Construction renovated CAST (Community Arts Stabilization Trust), a 10,000 sq. ft. renovations project spanning two floors: the 2nd floor boasts a new gallery space, kitchenette with custom millwork, and storage facilities, while the 3rd floor introduces a state-of-the-art dance studio with unique layout solutions like a ramped floor and drapery dividers. Special attention was given to preserving existing finishes, highlighting features like exterior windows, brickwork, and structural beams. In response to specific requirements for the dance studio, Skyline integrated a spring hung acoustical ceiling for enhanced soundproofing, complemented by an elevated dance floor system installed by an owner vendor.
