DETAILS
This full office redesign project for Burgess Design involved careful coordination between Skyline and the tenant during construction to ensure the best outcome. This project began with the demolition of all existing finishes and MEP systems with the new layout including specialty lighting, all new interior restrooms, custom high-end millwork package and the installation of structural steel support for telescoping the demountable office and conference room fronts, adding to the overall aesthetic appeal of the space. To ensure the timely completion of this project, Skyline coordinated early release for long lead items, such as the structural steel and millwork package. This enabled the project to proceed smoothly and efficiently without delays.
