With 360° views of the Puget Sound region, the Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi project included a 20,000 sq. ft. buildout of the 31st floor at Lincoln Square South. Features of the project include a new commercial kitchen, wood burning grill, custom millwork, private dining space, and custom trees hung from the ceiling. This project included a helicopter lift for four mechanical units.
