Srida Joisa Joins Skyline Construction as Chief Financial Officer
Skyline Construction is pleased to announce the appointment of Srida Joisa as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Joisa will be pivotal in guiding the company’s strategic direction and continued financial success.
Joisa brings over 20 years of financial management experience to Skyline Construction, having held leadership positions at prominent technology companies and venture-backed startups. “Srida is an excellent fit for the Skyline team, both in cultural synergy and in technical skill. He will play an important role in Skyline’s next stage of growth as we expand beyond our existing markets in Northern and Southern California, Washington and Illinois, and foray into additional cities across the US through M&A strategies. As a 100% employee-owned company, Srida is tasked with ensuring sustainable, thoughtful growth while generating value for clients and employee-owners alike, a challenge I know he will conquer. I am very excited to welcome Srida to the team,” said Jessica Carps, Chief Executive Officer of Skyline Construction.
Joisa graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering majoring in Computer Science. He has held leadership positions SMART Modular Technologies, Inc., Drishti Techologies, Inc., and Sibros Technologies, Inc. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Joisa is on the Board of Directors for Sanatana Dharma Kendra and has been involved in the organization since 2007. He is also an avid runner and has been an aspiring Carnatic vocalist for the last 12 years.
Joisa credits his enthusiastic curiosity for his success. “One lesson I learned early in my career is that there is a lot more I don’t know than I do know,” said Joisa. “By approaching everything with renewed curiosity, I can help the whole team better understand the full context of what we do and our vision for the future. I’m eager to work alongside the passionate and collaborative folks at Skyline.”
