Skyline Welcomes Mike Samudio
Skyline Construction is pleased to welcome Mike Samudio as Project Executive in the San Diego area. He is a veteran of the Southern California construction market with almost 30 years of experience in the healthcare, life science, and commercial office sectors. Mike’s expertise strengthens the resume of Skyline’s San Diego team and aligns with our commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Mike’s focus will be on reinforcing our current teams and seeking new opportunities to grow Skyline’s customer base throughout the San Diego area.
Mike recently working for the team at BioMed Realty to deliver several significant developments including campus modernizations, office building conversions to support life science infrastructure requirements, lab buildouts and complex developments incorporating modern facade designs and equipment modernizations.
Prior to this Mike worked as a general contractor, starting in the field and rising through the ranks to the project executive level running a successful special projects division. Building highly motivated and effective teams through mentorship, recruitment and team building, Mike demonstrates his ability to deliver construction projects to satisfy client’s needs in a fun, safe, and efficient manner.

Mike is a graduate of Biola University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership while he was a project manager running the UCSD Computer Science and Engineering Building (EBU 3B). He also holds certificates from SDSU in Lean Enterprise and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Outside of work Mike enjoys time with family, good food, working out, college football, and reading classical works.
